How It Works

Step 1 — Submit your brief

Fill out the design brief form below. Tell us what item you want, the occasion, your event date, quantity, and any colors, text, or design ideas you have in mind. Attach inspiration images if you have them.

Step 2 — Owner confirms

We'll review your brief and reach out by email to confirm the details, timeline, and pricing. All communication is by email or form — no phone calls.

Step 3 — You approve the design

We'll send you a design mockup for your review. You have the final say. Nothing goes into production until you give the green light.

Step 4 — Owner creates it

Once you approve, we get to work. Your custom order is created and delivered.

No-Refund Policy

All custom orders are final. Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production begins.

Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved your design. Your approval confirms you are satisfied with the design as shown. By submitting the form below, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
